Yes, I haven't uploaded-like-anything in a good few months, but...I am working on a few things that I hope to have finished and photographed soon. One is done, so she might make an appearance soon-ish. The other two make my inner LOTR nerd very happy. One is a sculpture of Gollum (my version), the other is Smaug. I'm still in the researching phase for Smaug, but...Mr.Demented Hobbit himself is on his way to being completed. His skin texture is a load of fun for me to play around with. I kind of wish it were a bit longer, just so I can finish all the gifts I have planned in time. Seriously, if one is considering sculpting more than one piece for a couple different people for Christmas...one might find it in their best interest to start work in July. PHEW! SO. I've been thinking lately, which is an activity I heartily recommend to everyone to do as often as possible, and most of those thoughts have been centered around what other people expect of me.
